Job Description – Admin Executive (Short Version)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily housekeeping and office cleanliness

  • Manage housekeeping materials, stock, and purchases

  • Coordinate with housekeeping & maintenance vendors

  • Handle bills, invoices, and record-keeping

  • Manage office maintenance, repairs, and AMC follow-ups

  • Maintain office assets and stationery inventory

  • Assist employees with admin support, courier handling, and basic office tasks

  • Manage petty cash and monthly admin expenses

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of admin experience (BPO preferred)

  • Good communication & coordination skills
