Job Title: Office Admin

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Admin to support daily administrative operations. The role involves handling office administration, employee coordination, attendance tracking, documentation, and assisting with payroll-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage facility administration including office maintenance and vendor coordination.

•Handle front desk operations and assist visitors and employees.

•Coordinate travel arrangements such as booking tickets, accommodations, and travel schedules for employees when required.

•Maintain and monitor employee attendance, including consolidating employee working hours.

•Manage employee documentation and maintain organized records.

•Handle courier and dispatch management, including tracking incoming and outgoing shipments.

•Support onboarding of new employees, including documentation and orientation coordination.

•Process employee reimbursement requests and maintain records.

•Prepare employee payslips using Excel and assist with basic payroll-related administrative tasks.

•Support miscellaneous HR and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills

•Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

•Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Language Requirements

•Must be able to speak English, Kannada

Hindi speaking is an added advantage.

Eligibility

•Education: Any Degree

•Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in Admin or similar administrative roles.
