#Job Description – Front Office Ambassador### **Position**: Front Office Ambassador### **Department**: Sales & Operations Support### **Location**: Gurugram (Head Office – Skyland Holdings)### **Reporting to**: Admin Manager / Director---### **Role Overview**The Front Office Ambassador will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders at Skyland Holdings. This role requires a polished, professional presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a **luxury hospitality experience** while ensuring smooth coordination of office operations.---### **Key Responsibilities*** Greet and welcome walk-in clients, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.* Represent Skyland Holdings as the *first impression* of the company.* Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always neat, organized, and client-friendly.* Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; transfer to concerned departments promptly.* Maintain visitor records and client appointment schedules.* Support the sales team with client coordination (site visit confirmations, follow-up calls).* **Coordinate with vendors for courier, stationery, pantry supplies, reception needs, and overall office inventories.*** **Ensure the MD’s cabin, meeting rooms, pantry, and other key office areas are always neat, clean, and well-maintained.*** Track and manage petty cash expenses related to reception/pantry supplies.* Assist Admin/HR team in organizing office events, meetings, and client visits.---### **Key Skills Required*** Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).* Presentable, confident, and client-friendly personality.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).* Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.* **Mandatory: Professional attire and well-groomed appearance at all times.**---### **Qualification & Experience*** Graduate (any stream; Hospitality/Business Admin preferred).* 1–3 years’ experience in front office, client relations, or hospitality roles (real estate preferred).
