Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role involves overseeing office cleanliness, managing store/inventory supplies, handling incoming parcels and orders, and coordinating effectively with clients and vendors. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has good communication and coordination skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Cleanliness & Maintenance

    • Ensure the office environment is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.

    • Coordinate with cleaning staff or cleaning vendors for daily and deep-cleaning tasks.

    • Monitor office utilities and report maintenance issues when necessary.

  • Store & Inventory Management

    • Maintain stock levels of office supplies.

    • Track inventory usage and reorder items as needed.

    • Ensure proper storage and labelling of items in the office.

  • Parcel & Order Handling

    • Receive and verify all incoming parcels, deliveries, and orders.

    • Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing deliveries.

    • Notify relevant staff or departments about received items.

  • Client & Vendor Coordination

    • Communicate with clients for basic coordination and scheduling.

    • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office supplies and services.

    • Support the team in handling client inquiries or office-related requests.

  • General Administrative Support

    • Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.

    • Support the team with ad hoc tasks and errands as required.

    • Maintain a welcoming and professional front-office environment for visitors.


Requirements:

  • No Prior Experience Required.

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Basic computer skills.


Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary: 8,000 - 10,000
