The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Manage recruitment platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Review resumes and applications to match job requirements.
Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person initial screening interviews.
Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and culture fit.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare interview questions and evaluation templates.
Ensure timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities, documentation, and background checks.
Assist in drafting offer letters and employment contracts.
Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to reduce hiring time and cost.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Track metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and HR software/tools.
Experience in bulk hiring / technical hiring (if applicable).
Knowledge of HR policies, employee engagement, and onboarding processes.
Strong decision-making and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
