Hotel Receptionist – Job Description

  • Welcome and greet guests professionally.

  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures.

  • Manage room reservations and guest inquiries.

  • Answer telephone calls and respond to guest requests.

  • Maintain guest records and billing details.

  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.

  • Handle guest complaints politely and resolve issues.

  • Collect payments and maintain daily cash records.

  • Ensure proper front-desk grooming and cleanliness.

  • Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
