Guests ko hotel ki services, rooms aur facilities ke bare mein guide karna.
Booking & reservations manage karna (online + offline).
Guests ki complaints ya requests ko politely aur effectively handle karna.
Front desk area ko clean aur organized rakhna.
Billing aur basic record keeping manage karna.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (Hotel Management preferred).
Male & Female candidates dono apply kar sakte hain.
Good communication skills (Hindi essential, Thoda English ).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, hotel software ka knowledge plus point).
Pleasant personality, polite and professional behavior.
Previous hotel receptionist/front office experience preferred, lekin fresher bhi apply kar sakte hain.
Salary: ₹[range dal dijiye, jaise 10,000 – 14,000 per month]
