We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team to perform a variety of Hotel Front Office tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹17,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Perform Guest Check In, Check Out and Billing.
Oversee Housekeeping & Maintenance Staff.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Manage Online Reservations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication. He should be fluent in English and adept at handling Microsoft Office.
