We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk like Check In- Check Out and Billing. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹18,000 and growth opportunities. ENGLISH and COMPUTER PROFICIENCY MUST.
Key Responsibilities:
Check in, Check Out and Billing for Guests
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Oversee Housekeeping Staff and Monitor their daily activities.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
