• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
• Handle reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transportation.
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Maintain accurate guest records and process payments, registers, and billing.
• Handle guest escalations and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness and guest requirements.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Follow brand SOPs and hotel policies to maintain consistency in guest service, grooming, communication, and daily operations.
