Flora. The ideal candidate will ensure that every guest receives outstanding service from the moment

they walk in, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.

Job Responsibilities:

 Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.

 Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently.

 Build strong relationships with guests by understanding their preferences and ensuring

personalized service.

 Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests professionally and promptly.

 Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

 Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the reception and guest areas.

 Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

 Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback for future reference.

 Assist in promoting special events, offers, and promotions to guests.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasant personality and customer-first attitude

• Basic computer/POS knowledge (billing, entries, etc.)

• Ability to multi task and handle pressure during festive seasons

• Hospitality background preferred

• It is a Full Time Receptionist job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
