We are looking for a Guest Relation Executive to join our team Birla Arika to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls.
Review arrival lists to welcome guests
Attend to special guests and answer their inquiries.
Provide information about amenities, areas, and venues and promote services
Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
Address customer complaints and escalate to the Guest Relations Manager when needed.
Record information in the logbook daily.
Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
