Front Office Associate – Key Areas / Responsibilities

  • Guest check-in & check-out

  • Handling reservations & room allocations

  • Guest relations & service recovery

  • Handling calls, emails & walk-in queries

  • Billing, cash handling & night audit support

  • Coordination with Housekeeping & other departments

  • Maintaining guest records & PMS updates

  • Complaint handling & feedback management

  • Upselling rooms & hotel services

  • Ensuring SOPs, safety & brand standards
