We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team at Systech Services Private Limited to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹22000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Attending daily received calls.
· Sending the daily basic courier and updating details in server & receiving the courier docket details.
· Tracking the docket if any complaint issued & raising the mail to courier.
· Receiving incoming courier & updating in courier register book.
· Carrying out Front office duties such as greeting visitors and answering telephone calls. Transferring the calls to the concerned person.
· Maintaining files and records for the office Coordination with the vendors for their services i.e., stationary goods, housekeeping & pantry.
· Scanning daily basis invoices and sending different customer invoices courier for payment process.
· Checking stationery Stocks weekly basis and ordering stationery requirement on monthly basis.
· Received acknowledged invoice in Master list updating on weekly basis.
· Maintaining Cleaning activities of housekeeping’s.
· Arranging stationery items and call report books
· Other works assigned by Manager
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role any graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience.
Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication. Note: Looking for the candidates In and around uttarahalli.
