Handle room reservations through calls, emails, OTAs, and online booking channels.
Update and maintain reservation details in the CRS/PMS system.
Coordinate with Front Office and Sales team for room availability and rates.
Ensure accurate guest information and booking confirmations.
Monitor booking status, cancellations, amendments, and payment details.
Maintain high guest service standards while handling reservation queries.
Prepare daily reservation and occupancy reports.
Follow hotel SOPs and reservation policies.
