Prepare bills and process payments
Handle cash, card, and online transactions
Maintain proper billing records
Administrative Tasks
Maintain guest records and documentation
Prepare daily reports (occupancy, arrivals, departures)
Ensure front desk area is clean and organized
Safety & Security
Follow hotel safety procedures
Handle guest data confidentially
Monitor visitor access and room keys
