We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist cum Telesales Executive to join our team Kirana King Retail Network Private Limited to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand range of salary of INR 12000/- to 30000/- and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Dynamic Personality with pleasant human nature.
Outbound phone Calls, answer, screen, and forward inbound phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Secondary / Higher Secondary / Graduate / Post Graduate and Experience Range upto 4 Yrs. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
