The Guest Service Associate (Front Office) is responsible for providing a warm welcome, efficient check-in/check-out, handling guest queries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Greet guests courteously upon arrival and departure.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures promptly and efficiently.

Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and directions.
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Update and maintain guest profiles in the PMS (Property Management System).
Allocate rooms as per guest preferences and hotel availability.
Ensure accurate billing, posting of charges, and cash/credit card handling.
Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness and special requests.
Maintain guest registration cards, room keys, and other relevant documents.
Prepare shift handover reports and update guest feedback.
Monitor guest accounts, settlements, and ensure proper documentation.
Follow hotel SOPs for front office operations.
Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and courteous behavior at all times.
Uphold the hotel’s image by ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
