We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, and professional Front Office Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the front office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently.

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor management.

  • Maintain reception records, office files, and documentation.

  • Support administrative and coordination activities across departments.

  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, or related roles.

  • Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good presentation, grooming, and professional etiquette.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and office administration.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
