Dekho Becho is a growing platform dedicated to providing seamless buying and selling experiences for customers. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for lead allocation and follow-ups.
Track lead status and ensure timely communication between customers and the concerned team members.
Follow up with teams to ensure leads are attended to promptly and customer queries are resolved.
Prepare daily and weekly lead coordination reports for management.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Coordinator, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM software.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of office administration procedures.
