Dekho Becho is a growing platform dedicated to providing seamless buying and selling experiences for customers. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean and presentable.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.

  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.

  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.

  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for lead allocation and follow-ups.

  • Track lead status and ensure timely communication between customers and the concerned team members.

  • Follow up with teams to ensure leads are attended to promptly and customer queries are resolved.

  • Prepare daily and weekly lead coordination reports for management.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Coordinator, or similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM software.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Basic knowledge of office administration procedures.

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple leads and customer interactions simultaneously.
