Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and friendly (Girl/Women) Front Office Executive to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle visitors and calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules

  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services

  • Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization

  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support

  • Coordinate with other departments as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

  • Good communication skills (Hindi ,English & Kannada)

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)

  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk executive

  • Knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, EPABX systems)
