Job Summary

The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a professional demeanor.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments

  • Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes as required

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries

  • Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility teams

  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation

  • Assist HR or Admin team with onboarding formalities and office coordination

  • Ensure compliance with office policies and security protocols


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred

  • Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with visitor management systems

  • Knowledge of office administration procedures

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
