Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and responsible female candidate who can handle telecalling, manage the reception desk, and assist in daily office operations. The role requires good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a sense of responsibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and make follow-up calls to clients/customers

  • Greet and attend visitors at the reception

  • Maintain basic office records and coordinate daily admin tasks

  • Assist with client inquiries, bookings, and appointments

  • Handle basic emails and follow-ups

  • Coordinate with team members for smooth office functioning


Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

  • Polite, well-spoken, and presentable

  • Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp, email, etc.)

  • Prior experience in telecalling or receptionist role is a plus

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate

  • Female candidates preferred
