Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and responsible female candidate who can handle telecalling, manage the reception desk, and assist in daily office operations. The role requires good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and make follow-up calls to clients/customers
Greet and attend visitors at the reception
Maintain basic office records and coordinate daily admin tasks
Assist with client inquiries, bookings, and appointments
Handle basic emails and follow-ups
Coordinate with team members for smooth office functioning
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Polite, well-spoken, and presentable
Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
Prior experience in telecalling or receptionist role is a plus
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate
Female candidates preferred
