Key Responsibilities
1. Property Management & Unit Leadership
Assume total accountability for the property's overall performance, budget, and daily operations.
Drive occupancy and RevPAR by managing room inventory, dynamic rate strategies, and OTA (Online Travel Agency) channels.
Prepare and manage the operational budget, handle petty cash, and generate monthly financial and performance reports.
2. Front Desk & Guest Experience Operations
Oversee standard procedures including seamless check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and billing.
Curate local dining guides, establish partnerships with nearby cafes/restaurants for breakfast/dining, and manage in-room delivery logistics.
Act as the primary point of contact for guest escalations to guarantee a high-touch, personalized stay.
3. Staff Leadership & Administration
Recruit, train, and manage the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Create staff rotas, manage shift handovers, and foster a culture of hospitality and problem-solving.
Ensure the property maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in hotel operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Managers.
Traits: Strong leadership, financial acumen, and high adaptability.
Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is highly preferred.
