We are looking for a polite, organized, and proactive Admin cum Front Desk Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner

  • Tracking the finance and budget expenses and revenue standards.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries

  • Maintain the front desk area in a neat and presentable manner

  • Handle appointment scheduling and meeting coordination

  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management

  • Support day-to-day office operations and coordination

  • Handle courier, vendor, and office supply management

  • Assist HR and management with basic administrative support as required.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

  • 0–1 year of experience in front desk, administration, or receptionist roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented attitude

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
