Job Title: EXIM Executive / Back Office Coordinator / Operations Executive
Responsibilities:
Preparing import-export documentation
Handling invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and e-way bills
Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners
Managing emails and follow-ups
Maintaining records and data entry work
Tracking payments and dispatch status
Assisting with customs and DGFT-related documentation
Preparing quotations and tender documents
Managing order processing and coordination work
Using MS Excel and other computer applications for daily operations
Skills Required:
Basic computer knowledge
MS Excel and email handling
Good communication skills
Documentation and coordination ability
Attention to detail
Qualification:
Graduate or equivalent

Salary Range:
Fresher: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experienced candidates: ₹20,000+ per month
