TITLE OF THE WORK – SERVICE ASSOCIATE (ESP)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Box Office (Ticket Counter)
• Selling movie tickets using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Explaining showtimes, seat availability, and pricing to customers.
• Handling cash and digital payments accurately.
• F&B (Food & Beverage) Counters
• Food & Beverage (F&B) service: Take orders, serve snacks & drinks at counters or to seats (in seat service), upsell items, maintain inventory & manage POS (point of sale) equipment
• Taking orders for snacks, beverages, and combos.
• Preparing/serving popcorn, drinks, etc.
• Maintaining hygiene and inventory.
• Suggestive selling (upselling combos or premium items).
• Ushering & Auditorium Management
• Checking tickets and guiding guests to their seats.
• Ensuring that auditoriums are clean, lights/sound are working, and guests are seated properly.
• Managing crowd flow during entry and exit.
• Guest Interaction
• Greeting customers, answering basic queries, helping with seat directions, washrooms, etc.
• Handling minor customer complaints or escalating them to a supervisor.
• Ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
• Customer interaction & hospitality: Greet customers at each touchpoint (entrances, ticket counters, auditorium exits). Maintain a friendly, helpful.
• Supervising entry / exit: Sometimes managing crowd flow, checking tickets, helping with directions (to halls, restrooms, concessions).
