e are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations at our Ayurvedic clinic. The candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and should ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend patients/visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle patient registrations, appointments, and follow-up scheduling
Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in queries
Maintain and update CRM records (patient details, consultations, follow-ups)
Coordinate with doctors and therapists for appointment flow
Handle billing, receipts, and basic cash management
Ensure proper maintenance of case sheets and patient records
Support lead follow-ups and convert inquiries into appointments
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the front desk area
Share daily reports (appointments, leads, collections, etc.)
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Minimum Graduate (preferred)
Experience: 1 to 3 years in reception/front office/clinic/hospital
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
Presentable personality with a positive attitude
