Job description:-
1. Front Desk Management
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Answer incoming calls, screen and route them appropriately.
2. Administrative Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book conference rooms.
Handle mail distribution, couriers, and packages.
Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Maintain office supplies and inventory.
3. Visitor Management
Register visitors and issue security badges or visitor passes.
Notify staff of guest arrivals.
Ensure adherence to company security and safety procedures.
4. Communication and Coordination
Act as the first point of contact between the company and the public.
Handle general inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Coordinate with internal departments for various tasks or events.
5. Support for HR and Facilities
Assist with onboarding processes (e.g., ID cards, workstation readiness).
Help coordinate internal events, meetings, or company functions.
Report facility issues to building management or maintenance teams.
6. Should be tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
