Key Responsibilities
Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct guests, clients, and vendors upon arrival.
Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and manage emails.
Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, update records, and assist with filing or data entry.
Front Office Maintenance: Maintain a tidy, professional lobby, and monitor/order office supplies.
Security: Monitor visitor access, maintain logbooks, and issue visitor badges.
Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages
