They are responsible for addressing all patient queries regarding tests, preparation, pricing, and report timelines, as well as coordinating appointments and smooth patient flow between departments. Additionally, the role involves managing phone calls and messages, coordinating report delivery, and providing administrative support while maintaining a professional, polite, and patient-friendly approach at all times.
