Job Description

Role Overview

The Front Desk cum Admin Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring smooth daily office operations. This role involves front desk management, administrative support, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at all times.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and stakeholders with a positive attitude.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, courier handling, and visitor logs.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure availability of required resources.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in daily office operations, documentation, record keeping, and filing.

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and place orders when needed.

  • Support HR in onboarding activities such as ID card preparation, document collection, and orientation coordination.

  • Assist senior leadership with basic administrative tasks when required.

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.

  • Coordinate travel bookings, appointments, and event arrangements as requested.

  • Handle internal communication for circulars, notices, and meeting updates.

Accounts & Compliance Support (Basic)

  • Maintain petty cash records and assist with reimbursements.

  • Coordinate with accounts for bill submissions and approvals.

  • Ensure compliance with company admin processes and documentation standards.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional grooming and positive attitude

  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • 1–3 years of experience in front desk/admin roles (preferred)

  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
