Job Summary
The Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The role requires a professional attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to handle guests and employees efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Manage the front desk and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and transfer them to the appropriate department.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments for smooth operations.
Receive and distribute couriers, parcels, and official documents.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting rooms when required.
Provide basic information to visitors and employees regarding company services or departments.
Support the administration team in daily office tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Presentable personality with professional behavior.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred.
