Job Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team Akshay Realtors to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of Rs. 15000- Rs 200000 and growth opportunities.

Role & responsibilities


Receptionist's core responsibilities include managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries, while also handling administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, managing mail, and maintaining the reception area's professional appearance.

  • Visitor Management: Greets visitors, answers their questions, and directs them after understanding their requirement

  • Administrative Support: Assists with general office tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.

  • Office Maintenance: Keeps the reception area tidy, organized, and professional.

  • Scheduling: Manages appointment schedules and books meeting rooms.

  • Efficiency: Ensures the smooth and organized flow of daily operations.

  • Support: Acts as a central support point for various team members.

  • Customer Service: Provides crucial customer service to both clients and internal staff.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate / Post Graduate (in any stream)and with 0-10 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
