Position Overview:
The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role requires excellent communication, customer service skills, and organizational abilities. The Front Desk Executive is responsible for handling reception duties, managing calls, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth front-office operations.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, messages, and emails.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
Manage visitor entry, maintain visitor logs, and issue passes if required.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Assist HR/Administration with day-to-day tasks when needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Ensure compliance with office security and safety procedures.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
