Job Overview: We are looking for a smart, presentable, and well-spoken Front Desk Executive to be the face of our office. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk operations efficiently while ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests and clients with professionalism and warmth.

- Manage incoming calls and route them to appropriate departments.

- Handle inquiries in person, via phone, and through emails.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.

- Keep track of appointments, walk-ins, and meeting room usage.

- Coordinate with internal teams for visitor meetings.

- Receive and distribute couriers, documents, and parcels.

- Maintain front office supplies and records.

- Provide administrative support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- 1-3 years of experience in front office or customer service roles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Well-groomed, professional appearance.

- Fluency in Marathi And should know basic English and Hindi.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Candidate:

- Female candidates preferred for this customer-facing role.

- Candidates from hospitality or automobile industry background will be a plus.

Working Days:

6 days a week (Sat & Sun working with rotational off in week days)

Timings: 10am- 7pm
