We are looking for a well-presented, responsible, and proactive Front Office Executive to manage the reception desk and ensure smooth handling of calls, visitors, and administrative support tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills, ability to handle EBX / multiline office phone systems, and a professional approach.
Manage the front desk and act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls promptly through the EBX/landline office phone system.
Handle call transfers between departments and ensure smooth telephonic communication.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Coordinate with internal departments for messages and follow-ups.
Manage courier, mail, and office supplies related to the reception area.
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist HR/Admin teams with basic clerical tasks as required.
Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
Graduate/12th Pass with good communication skills.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive/Receptionist.
Proficiency in handling EPABX / EBX / multiline office phones.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Presentable personality with polite and professional demeanor.
