Job Purpose
The Reception cum Admin Executive will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls and visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, providing information as required.
Maintain visitor records
Handle incoming and outgoing courier, posts, and deliveries.
Assist in day-to-day office administration tasks.
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure availability.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, interviews and events.
Maintain records, files, and databases in an organized manner.
Liaise with vendors for office maintenance, repair, and facility requirements.
Monitor housekeeping and pantry services to ensure cleanliness and availability.
Provide administrative support for onboarding/offboarding processes.
Assist in travel arrangements and hotel bookings for employees/guests.
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience (3–5 years) in reception/administration or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and customer service-oriented.
Language Proficiency: Hindi, English, Kannada
