GRE – Roles & Responsibilities
1. Front Office & Customer Handling
Welcome and greet walk-in clients at the site/office
Attend incoming calls and direct them to the concerned team
Maintain a professional and friendly front desk environment
2. Client Coordination
Assist customers with basic project information
Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and site visits
Follow up with clients for appointments and feedback
3. Data Management
Maintain visitor records and client database
Update CRM with customer details and interactions
Ensure proper documentation of walk-ins and inquiries
4. Site Visit Support
Arrange site visits for clients
Coordinate transport/logistics if required
Ensure smooth customer experience during visits
5. Communication & Follow-ups
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and messages
Follow up with interested clients for conversions
Share project details, brochures, and updates
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with sales, CRM, and marketing teams
Inform concerned departments about client requirements
7. Customer Experience
Ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoints
Handle basic complaints and escalate when needed
