Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, candidates, students, and clients in a professional manner.
Manage the reception desk and maintain a positive first impression of the organization.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and transfer them to the concerned departments.
Maintain the visitor register and issue visitor passes when required.
Schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate with HR and other departments for interview management.
Receive, sort, and distribute courier, parcels, and official documents.
Maintain office records, files, and reception-related documentation.
Assist in administrative tasks such as stationery management, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and presentable.
Support employees with basic administrative requirements.
Perform other front office and administrative duties as assigned by management.
