We are looking for a professional Front Desk Coordinator to manage front office operations, visitor handling, call management, and basic administrative coordination. The role requires excellent communication skills and a presentable, customer-focused approach.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
Handle incoming & outgoing calls and front desk emails
Manage visitor entry, passes, and registers
Coordinate interviews, meetings, and meeting room bookings
Maintain front office records, attendance registers, and trackers
Support admin activities such as courier handling and stationery management
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, pantry, and basic facility support
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, safety, and confidentiality at the front office
🎓 Qualification: Graduate (preferred)
💼 Experience: 2–3 years in Reception / Front Desk role
🖥 Skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook
🗣 Communication: Good verbal & written skills
