Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to be the face of our salon. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a welcoming experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs.
Handle appointments efficiently, including walk-ins, telephonic, and online bookings.
Coordinate with stylists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Explain salon services, packages, and ongoing promotional offers to clients.
Manage billing, daily cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and professional at all times.
Address basic client queries and escalate issues to management when required.
Maintain client data using salon scheduling software and Microsoft Excel.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality environment preferred.
Proficiency in salon scheduling or booking software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and customer service–oriented approach.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali (mandatory).
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and related software.
