We're Hiring: Front Desk Admin
Work Location: Worldmark, Sector 65, Gurgaon
Work Timings: 10AM - 6:30 PM
Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (with every 4th Saturday off)
Job Description:
✔️Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls.
✔️Coordinate daily office activities and maintain a professional work environment.
✔️Assist HR with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and onboarding.
✔️Handle employee attendance, leave records, and basic payroll support.
✔️Support documentation, filing, and compliance with company policies.
✔️Liaise between management, employees, and external parties as needed.
✔️Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
Qualifications:
Recent 1-3 years of experience in front desk admin management
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR practices and office administration.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
Prior experience in a front desk or HR admin role preferred.
