Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings.
Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
Screen calls, emails, and visitors on behalf of the MD.
Maintain confidential documents, records, and business information.
Follow up with departments on pending tasks and action points.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and business partners.
Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards as required.
Organize events, conferences, and official visits.
Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and expense records.
Assist in business planning and project coordination activities.
Ensure timely communication and effective coordination across departments.
