Female candidate must have worked as an Executive Assistant (EA) / Assistant to CEO / Assistant to Director for a minimum of the immediate past 3 consecutive years.
Should have hands-on experience in handling senior management support functions, including coordination, communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Must be familiar with working closely with top leadership, managing confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day executive operations.
Prior experience in process coordination, workflow management, and inter-department communication will be considered an added advantage.
