Executive Assistant

Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and disciplined Executive Assistant to support senior management. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong follow-up abilities, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to influence and coordinate across teams. She should be assertive, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of building professional relationships while ensuring timely task completion. Key Responsibilities • Follow-Up & Task Closure: Proactively follow up with teams/vendors and ensure deadlines are met. • Communication & Coordination: Influence stakeholders professionally to complete tasks on time. • Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage schedules, appointments, and prepare meeting minutes with clear action points. • Documentation & Accuracy: Prepare and review reports, emails, and presentations with high attention to detail. • Confidentiality & Reliability: Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. • Multi-tasking & Prioritization: Organize multiple tasks and maintain systematic workflows. • Decision Support: Provide research, analysis, and timely updates to assist leadership in decision-making.
