Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, communications, and administrative tasks while also serving as a driver for official business-related travel. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and a flexible, service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
Manage calendar appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Draft and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Accompany and drive the Director to meetings, site visits, and other official engagements.
Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and errands as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Valid 4-wheeler driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
Professional and courteous demeanour.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Flexible to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with senior management or executives.
Familiarity with corporate protocols and procedures.
Local area knowledge for efficient driving and travel planning.
