Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Reception Duties:

• Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude

• Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, WhatsApp, or in person

• Maintain and manage patient records and data entry

• Handle billing, payments, and insurance paperwork

• Manage the reception area and ensure a clean, organized front desk

Clinical Assistance Duties:

• Assist the dentist during procedures (chair-side assistance)

• Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment

• Set up the operatory before and after procedures

• Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of treatment areas

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, dental software preferred)

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow with the team

• Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting or Dental Nursing (optional)

• Prior experience in a dental or medical setup

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is an advantage
