Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team The Institute of company secretaries of India to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front desk management:

    • Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally.

    • Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area.

    • Answer and direct phone calls, screen calls, and take messages.

    • Answer questions and address complaints, providing basic and accurate information.

    • Monitor office security by managing visitor logs and issuing badges.

      Job Requirements:

      The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months to 1 year . Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
