We are looking for a Receptionist/ Back Office Admin to join our team Aesthetic Developers Pvt. Ltd. to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will handle tasks like managing daily operations, maintaining documents, office accounts, drafting documents and coordinating the staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies and other office supplies.
Update calendars, maintaining bills and payments.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an proficient in written and verbal communication.
